Departure of flights for the Traditional Nasca service are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Departure of flights for the total Nasca service are from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm with at least 05 passengers

Morning and afternoon flights subject to weather conditions and air traffic.

An Infant is an up to 1 year, 11 months and 29 days baby who does not occupy a seat and is not subject to air ticket payment.

A Child is a 2 year up to 10 years, 11 months and 29 days child and is subject to air ticket payment.

Maximum passenger weight of up to 95 kilos, more than stipulated will pay an extra seat.

Penalty for No Show not 100% reimbursable.

Our counter will program your overflight after having done the check-in at the airfield.

About the Hotel

The price is calculated based on a double, matrimonial or triple room.

For passengers traveling alone, the package based on a single room will cost $ ………

If there are not rooms available in the hotel, another hotel of similar category will be offered or, failing that, another higher-category one, after paying an additional fee to confirm the reservation.

Children up to 5 years old do not occupy an additional bed and can sleep with their parents in the same room.

One child is allowed per each double room.

The City Tour will start at 10:00 a.m., lasting approximately 1 hour.

You will be picked up at your hotel or at the airfield.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE SHOPPING

Online Shopping

Only up to 10 seats can be bought per operation.

The buyer, who provides the contact information, must have an active email address and a valid contact number to confirm the transactions made.

In the event that the buyer and the cardholder are different, the reservation remains in the PENDING CONFIRMATION condition and the AeroParacas staff will contact the buyer via the registered telephone number. If the telephone communication is not possible due to the following line issues: non-existent, out of service, inactive, not belonging to the registered user; the reservation will be canceled.

Phone numbers registered in the passenger reservations must be valid.

In case of doubts on the information received, electronic transactions have an evaluation period of 24 hours for approval or return.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The purchase of the overflight ticket implies full knowledge and acceptance of the conditions specified below in accordance with the effective legal provisions and regulations:

The air ticket for the overflight is personal and valid only for the date indicated in it.

The company reserves the right to transfer air tickets.

At the time of issuance of the air ticket for the flight, the customer must verify under their responsibility that all data entered are in accordance with their request and accept the general contracting points indicated in this document.

–     All passengers must carry:

For nationals: ID card, driver’s license, original passport.

For foreigners: Original passport, Andean Card, copy of passport with the original of a government document with photograph (national identity card, driver’s license, social security card, etc.) as indicated in OFFICIAL LETER No. 017- 2011-MTC.12.04.

The price does NOT include the Unified Rate for Airport Use (TUUA), whose price is 30 Soles or $12.00 USD and must be paid directly at the airfield.

AeroParacas is not responsible for buses leaving before the passenger’s arrival.

All our overflights are subject to weather conditions and air traffic.

The waiting time for the overflight in low season is 60 to 90 minutes.

The waiting time for the overflight in high season (July and August) is 90 to 120 minutes.

The air ticket is transferable only until 6:00 p.m. (Lima Time), 24 hours before the date of flight by e-mailing a request of the holder valid for the date of flight indicated in the air ticket. No amendments or deletions are accepted in it. This operation has no cost the first time, then it will have a penalty below.

Changes on flight or tour dates will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. (Lima Time),48 hours by sending a request of the holder via email to informes@aeroparacas.com, said deferral must be requested by the air ticket holder and the date to be rescheduled must be within 90 days from the initial date of flight.

Changes on flight dates have no cost the first time. Then you will have a penalty indicated below.

The return of the air ticket will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the flight date by sending a request from the holder via email to informes@aeroparacas.com

The return of air ticket, transfer or change of flight dates of reservations made through the web page will be accepted up to 24 hours after the purchase, time necessary for the validation of the transaction by the payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).

The administrative cost for overflight deferral, transfer or return of air ticket is $13 (administrative costs and/ or issuance of new air ticket).

The No Show penalty is 100% non-refundable.

The tour can only be cancelled 48 hours before the tour date and there will be have a penalty of 10% of the value of the service. There will be no refund of the amount for cancellations made outside the scheduled time.

Passengers will forfeit their right to fly over and the amount for the contracted service will not be refunded if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or when their physical or psychological condition jeopardize their integrity and that of other passengers or contravene Peruvian law.

AeroParacas reserves the right to refuse to transport passengers, baggage.

Passengers under 18 must fly or take the tour with their parents, spouse or guardian.

Children under 11 must fly or take the tour accompanied by an adult and with permission from their parents.

People over 50 years of age are recommended to have good physical condition and health to take the tour.

AeroParacas reserves the right to request passengers their documentation and/or proof in order to confirm their identification.

AeroParacas is not held responsible for the physical or health status (cardiac conditions among others) of the passenger, nor for any disorder or incident that could occur as a result of their not evidenced physical condition or health.

The passenger is prohibited from boarding the aircraft with firearms or sharp objects, as well as flammable, explosive, corrosive, poisonous or similar materials.

In the unlikely event, AeroParacas will cancel its flight and will be reschedule it for a later time or the next day.

If AeroParacas suspends the provision of its services for reasons beyond its control, the passenger may also postpone their flight or transfer their tickets to a third party to make it effective within 90 days from the date initially indicated for the flight. In the case of the ticket transfer, the change will be made only via email, at the request of the holder until 6:00 p.m. (Lima Time), 24 hours before the flight date. The customer will be exempted from administrative costs and costs for issuing the new ticket.

In the case of transfers, AeroParacas is only held responsible for the provision of the service to the person to whom the ticket is transferred at the request of the owner. We are not responsible for agreements between third parties.

In the event that AeroParacas cannot provide the service due to external causes (weather conditions, closure of the airfield, etc.) and the customer decides not to postpone their flight or transfer their ticket to another person, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded being exempted from ticket costs and administrative costs.

AeroParacas will endeavor to comply with departure and arrival times.

The legal relationship that derives from this contract and any relationship that may arise between AeroParacas and its customers and/or users will be governed and interpreted by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

LEGAL CAPACITY

Purchases of services are only available to people who have the legal capacity to contract. People who do not have this capacity, such as minors, will not be able to use the services. The acts performed by minors on this site will be the responsibility of their parents, guardians, managers or curators, and therefore will be considered performed by them in the exercise of legal representation they have.

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

AERO PARACAS S.A. may amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, making amended terms public on its site. All amended terms will become effective 10 (ten) calendar days after their publication.

PROMOTIONS, TERM OF VALIDITY AND PRICES

Promotions offered on this Website are not necessarily the same as those offered by other sales channels used by companies such as telephone sales or others, unless expressly stated on this site or in the advertising carried out by the companies for each promotion

The term of validity of the promotions should match the effective date indicated in the promotion or by virtue of the exhaustion of the amounts available for that promotion duly informed to the user, or while the promotion is available. When a promotion does not indicate a termination date, it will be understood that the activity will be extended until the corresponding amounts are exhausted.

Prices of the services available on the site, while available, will only be valid and applicable thereto and will not necessarily be applicable to other sales channels used by the companies, such as telephone sales, other electronic sale sites, catalogs or others.

Prices of the services offered on the site are expressed in Soles or their conversion in foreign currency, if applicable. The prices offered correspond exclusively to the value of the service offered or accessories not expressly described or any other additional item.
