Politic of Reserves 

Air Nasca Travel, is an Agency  Operated in  Peru; and its main office is found in the city of Lima

The passengers who write to us, will be answered  by ours executive within a 48 hour period

To make a  reservation, make a complete list with the names and ages of the participants, and any additional comment that can help us to offer you a better service. 

Air Nasca Travel, considers a reserve reservation when it has  been answered in writing giving confirmation of the program requested and including the final payment

According to this the client compromises to carry out a pre-payment of 10% of the total  of the trip and in case of groups a 50% within a 07-day period.

Receiving the pre-payment Air Nasca Travel, assumes that the client has accepted the conditions of reservation. 

The total payment of the Balance owed should be paid  30 days before the start of trip. 

In case that our services are hired with less than 30 days notices , before start of the trip. 

The payments can be wired through banks or with card of credit – Visa _ American Express.  In case of Transfer or banking wire, all the operating expenses, run on account of the client. 

Modification of the program on the part of the client:

When the client wants to change the programs from its original plan, it should be in writing and any difference cost will for this modification, will be assumed by the client. 

Cancellation of the Program on behave of the Client:

The Client can communicate to Air Nasca Travel, the cancellation of his programs in any moment.  This cancellation will be accepted whenever it is in writing and signed by the client.  According to this, the client accepts our politic of cancellations:
